IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CONTACT LENS WEARERS

Wash your hands before handling your lenses and keep nails smooth and clean.

Use the solutions you have been given with your lenses. Never use tap water.

Never put them in your mouth or use saliva to wet them.

Change your contact lens case each month.

Put your lenses in before applying make-up.

Check that your lenses are not inside out before putting them in.

After insertion, throw away the solution in the case, rinse case and lid with fresh solution and allow to air dry.

After removing your lenses rub and rinse with solution before putting them in the case with fresh solution.

Always replace the cap on your solution bottles.

Try to insert and remove your lenses in the same order each time, to reduce the chance of getting them mixed up.

Never wear a lens with a split or nick in it. If your eye feels at all uncomfortable or looks red, leave your lenses out and seek advice.

Always stick to the wearing schedule you have been given.

Remember that we now have a collecting box to recycle your lenses, plastic containers and foil lids.
